The Osborne Performance Process

Most people are told to rest, stretch, or avoid activity when pain shows up.
At Osborne Performance, we take a different approach.

We address the root cause of pain, restore the mobility and strength your body demands, and then build the physical capacity to help you perform at a higher level.

This is not generic rehab. It’s a structured progression.

The 3-Step Process

1) Get Out of Pain

Restore comfort. Remove limitations. Address the root cause.

We begin with a comprehensive movement assessment to identify what’s truly driving your pain — not just where it hurts.

You’ll receive:
• A detailed evaluation of mobility, strength, and movement patterns
• Targeted treatment to calm irritation and reduce symptoms
• A clear plan to restore normal function

The goal is simple:
Help you move without pain and eliminate the compensations that are holding you back.

2) Optimize Movement

Restore mobility and build strength where your body needs it most.

Once pain is under control, we address the limitations that were holding you back.

This phase focuses on:
• Improving functional mobility
• Building strength and stability
• Enhancing control and balance in sport and activity-specific positions

This is where most traditional rehab stops.
This is where performance begins.

3) Enhance Performance

Build power. Improve efficiency. Perform at a higher level.

When your body moves well, we shift toward performance development.

You’ll work on:
• Force production and sport/activity specific power
• Improving efficiency and coordination of movement
• Building strength and stability for consistent performance
• Increasing output without increasing stress on the body

The goal is not just to feel better —
It’s to help you move freely, generate more power, and play at your highest level.

Whether you’re currently in pain or know there’s more potential in your performance, this process is designed to help you:

✔ Move without limitations
✔ Return to your sport or activity with confidence
✔ Improve strength, performance, and overall capacity
✔ Stay active and performing at a high level long-term

About

Ethan Osborne, PT, DPT
Founder, Osborne Performance

Ethan Osborne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and TPI Level 2 Medical & Fitness Certified specialist focused on helping athletes and active adults get out of pain, move better, and perform at a higher level—with a specialty in working with golfers.

After years of working with athletes and active adults, Ethan saw a consistent gap between traditional physical therapy and the physical demands of real-world movement and performance. Too often, people were told to “rest” or given generic rehab programs that never addressed how their body actually moves during the activities they enjoy.

Osborne Performance was built to bridge that gap—helping people move beyond pain and return to activity with confidence.

Through a comprehensive movement assessment, strength development, and individualized injury management, Ethan works with athletes and active adults of all levels—helping them stay active and continue improving long-term.

He also specializes in working with golfers looking to improve mobility, performance, and longevity in their game.

His mission is simple:
Help people get out of pain, move without limitations, and perform at their highest level — so they can continue doing what they love for years to come.
